Medicaid Programs
This healthcare coverage is different than Medicare and it can help with benefits not normally covered through the Medicare program, like nursing home care and personal care services.
Claim Conference Programs
Founded in 1951 by representatives of 23 major international Jewish organizations, the Claims Conference negotiates for and disburses funds to individuals and organizations and seeks the return of Jewish property stolen during the Holocaust.
Private Duty Programs
Private, personal care attendants available 4-24hrs a day for peoples who's needs exceed traditional person-centered care plans (i.e. a person with special needs or disabilities)
Advanced Personal Care
Medically-oriented tasks designed to meet maintenance needs of individuals with chronic health conditions who need assistance with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing assistance, dressing, ostomy/catheter hygiene, etc.)
Respite Care
Maintenance & supervisory services provided to a patient in the individual's home to provide relief to the primary caregiver(s) that normally provides the care. These services offer the patient companionship & social structure. Services include conversation, reminiscing, hobbies, recreation & other activities.
Chore Services
Maintain clean, tidy home with kitchen & bath cleanup, changing/cleaning linens, making beds regularly, take out trash, meal preparation, etc.
Services
Depending on patient's eligibility, they may qualify for any of the services listed above. Services are rendered by our exceptional caregivers, hand-picked by our patient coordinators to ensure tasks are completed safely and timely in the comfort of your own home. ABC Healthcare prides itself in conducting thorough background checks and requires all caregivers be registered through the Family Care Safety Registry of Missouri. Our insured clientele have the option of hiring qualified family members or friends and determining their capability to meet the needs of the patient-centered care plan.
